First International Cruise Supply Exhibition

Three Major Sections to Meet Industry Needs

In line with the development trends of the cruise food industry, the Procurement Conference has established three specialized sections: Professional Forums, Exhibition, and Business Matching, which are designed to precisely  respond market demands. The forum will debut the interpretation of the General Rules for International Cruise Food (a group standard), which not only fills the gap in international cruise food standards, but also lays the foundation for aligning China’s cruise food industry with international practices, enhancing the market share of Chinese food brands in global cruise sectors.

The exhibition will feature core categories such as vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, seafood, condiments, snacks, alcohol, and beverages. Booths will offer on-site product tastings to create an immersive engagement experience. Key participants include procurement executives from global cruise companies, as well as domestic leaders like South China’s luxury hotels, Beijing Xinfadi Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., Beijing Cailanzi Group, and Beijing Agricultural Supply Circulation & Trade Co., Ltd. These stakeholders will engage directly with exhibitors to discuss needs and negotiate partnerships, ensuring precise supply-demand alignment.

The Cruise Procurement Fair set three functional zones, including One-to- One Negotiation Zone, Demand Releasing Zone and Sample Display Zone, through differentiated scenario designs, these zones ensure focused, efficient negotiations. Participants are encouraged to discuss product specifications, pricing structures, and delivery timelines. If agreements are reached on-site, framework agreement can be signed immediately, streamlining the process and accelerating the business opportunities into  tangible outcomes.

Nansha Leverages Its Geographical Advantages to Build a Cruise Collaboration Hub

Currently, Nansha is actively facilitating direct supply services for cruise materials and enhancing supply chain infrastructure and service standards. Tailored to corporate needs, these efforts aim to reduce supply chain costs. In March 2024, a direct supply model for duty-free goods to cruise ships was implemented at the Nansha International Cruise Home Port. This marks the first breakthrough in Guangdong Province under the newly enforced Regulations for International Cruise Ship Supply at Ports in China, positioning Nansha as the first port in the province to achieve direct material supply to cruise ships.

Guangzhou Municipal and District Commerce Departments are leveraging the terminal’s proximity to the integrated bonded zone to upgrade cruise-related services. The upcoming China International Cruise Supply and  Procurement Conference will integrate Guangzhou’s abundant agricultural and aquatic resources into the global cruise catering supply chain, elevating Nansha’s food supply capabilities for cruise operations.

Over a hundred booths will be set up at the Procurement Conference to help Chinese original agricultural products further expand their market share both internationally and domestically. The organizing committee sincerely invites food enterprises across the country to set up booths at the Procurement Conference, explore new channels, and develop new businesses to join hands in this grand event!

Booths are limited. Welcome to contact the organizing committee for reservation:
