On September 25, the press conference of 14th China Cruise Shipping Conference & International Cruise Expo (CCS14) was held in Nansha, Guangzhou. Jointly hosted by China Communications and Transportation Association(CCTA)and the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality, co-organized by China Cruise and Yacht Industry Association (CCYIA), Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau, Tourism Administration of Guangzhou Municipality, Guangzhou Port Authority, and Guangzhou Nansha District People’s Government, 14th China Cruise Shipping Conference & International Cruise Expo(CCS14) will be held in Guangzhou from November 15 to November 17 this year, and the highly anticipated Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port will also announce its operation on November 17.
Focused on the theme of 'Marine Silk Road Cruise, Sailing from Guangzhou', major programs of CCS14 include Policy Forum, President Forum, Cruise Construction Forum & Procurement Conference, Government and Cruise Enterprises Round Table Talk (Closed- door), 2nd International Forum on Chinese Cruise Education, Cruise Innovation and Law Forum , Cruise Port Annual Meeting (Closed- door) , Cruise Port and City Forum, Launching Ceremony of China Committee of Food Safety of Passenger Vehicles, releasing of the '2019 China Cruise Industry Development Report', and book signing session of Dr. Zinan LIU,the President of China and North Asia Pacific Region of Royal Caribbean International. The 9th international cruise expo will be held at the same time, which will set up cruise company area, ship equipment area, cruise and food beverage area, and cruise tourism area.
CCS14 will present the following characteristics:
1. Invite relevant leaders of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Administration of Customs, the National Immigration Administration and other central ministries to interpret the new policies and measures;
2. The international cruise giants focus on emerging markets in South China;
3. Further clarify the new development ideas for cruise optimization period;
4. Many overseas experts and scholars discuss the development direction of cruise education;
5. Discuss new issues such as cruise law and cruise service standards for the first time;
6. Invite the cruise shipyards of CSSC, CSIC and China Merchants Group to hold procurement conferences for the first time.
